Can it follow up on Instagram and Facebook messages later?
Yes, within Meta's rules. The agent can reply and follow up within 24 hours of the person's last message. After that, Meta limits what a business can send, so the agent stops. On Facebook Messenger, a person on your team can still reply by hand within seven days, and your team decides what happens next.

- Website chat, SMS text messages, Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger, all in one inbox, and email can be added. Google wound down its Business Messages chat on July 31, 2024, so chats from Google Maps are no longer an option. For phone calls, AI2Market sets up a separate AI receptionist that works with the same inbox.
- Can an AI chatbot book appointments?
- Yes. AI2Market connects the agent to your booking calendar, so it can offer open times, book the appointment and send a confirmation. It follows your rules, such as which services can be booked by chat and which need a call first. Your team sees every booking and conversation in one inbox.
- Will it make things up?
- It is set up to answer only from the services, policies, FAQs and any prices you choose to share. When it does not know, it says so, takes the person's details and hands the conversation to you. Like any AI, it can get things wrong, so in week one we review real conversations with you and fix weak answers.
- Can I take over a conversation?
- Yes, at any time, from one inbox.
- How long is setup?
- We plan for about a week from the day you approve the agent's answers. Texting can take longer, because carriers must approve business texting registration (A2P 10DLC) first. We start with one channel, review real conversations with you, and add the next channel once the first one works well.
- Do I need to register my business to send texts?
- Yes. Business texting from U.S. local numbers has to be registered through A2P 10DLC before messages go out. AI2Market handles that registration with you, and approval time depends on the carriers. Every text thread tells people how to opt out, and the agent stops texting anyone who replies STOP.
- What does it cost?
